Objective:

Support and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, government compliance, and Oracle Fusion HCM operations, ensuring full alignment with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding processes, attendance, leaves, and end-of-service benefits (EOS).
  • Administer and follow up on government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad , ensuring Saudization compliance, visas, permits, and renewals.
  • Prepare and validate payroll inputs, benefits administration, medical insurance coordination, and employee relations matters.
  • Generate accurate HR and payroll reports using Oracle Fusion HCM and Excel , ensuring data integrity and timely submission.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on HR Operations experience within the Saudi market.
  • Strong practical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Excel (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance practices.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
