Responsibilities

Provide guidance to HR officers and administrative personnel in executing their duties effectively.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.

Coordinate government relations matters (visa, labor permits, residency) with the PRO/GR team.
-
Manage recruitment and selection processes for mid-level positions in coordination with department heads.
-
Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution under HR Manager guidance.
-
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of payroll-related inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions).
-
Administer and monitor employee benefits, insurance, and compensation programs.
-
Support training and development initiatives, including needs analysis and evaluation.
-
Lead administrative services such as office maintenance, supplies, facilities management, and documentation.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
-
Act as the first point of contact during audits and inspections (internal and external).

Mentor junior HR staff and contribute to building future HR leadership capacity.

Deputize for the HR Manager when required.

Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and company standards.
Qualifications

8-11 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a project-based or industrial environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
