In line with our growth and organizational development goals, we are looking for a new teammate to join our Human Resources team as a“Human Resources Organizational Execution Generalist”, based in Çerkezköy and reporting to the Human Resources Organizational Execution Manager.
This position will also be responsible for regular coordination visits to our Bolu plant, ensuring consistency and alignment across both sites.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

  • Manage monthly payroll calculations in compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Process monthly attendance records and salary advance requests
  • Prepare tax and social security declarations and ensure timely submission
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in HR systems and personnel files
  • Prepare and distribute individual payslips via the E-Payroll system

Industrial Relations

  • Maintain collective bargaining agreements and ensure compliance with their terms
  • Act as a point of contact for union-related communication and employee rights
  • Support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of collective labor agreements
  • Ensure all industrial relations processes comply with legal and internal regulations
  • Coordinate with the Bolu plant on union-related processes and employee communication

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present payroll and workforce reports to management and relevant authorities
  • Monitor KPIs related to workforce efficiency and process compliance
  • Support HR audits and internal control processes
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection in all HR operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, social security, or industrial relations processes
  • Good command of labor law, social security, and taxation regulations
  • Experience in SAP, Netsis, Narsoft or other HR information systems
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling employee data
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • B class driving license and willingness to travel regularly between plants
  • No travel restrictions
