Human Resources Planning Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client to hire a Human Resources Planning Manager will oversee organizational design, workforce planning, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead long-term workforce planning and work with departments to ensure structures support future needs.
  • Create development programs to grow leadership and support employee career paths, including succession planning.
  • Help develop and update HR policies related to workforce planning and development.
  • Improve performance review processes and employee engagement tools.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years experience in Human Resources with 3 years in a Manager or Lead role.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in succession planning, organizational design, and strategic HR program development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field in HR.
