Human Resources (PRO)

Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Recruitment
Oversee full-cycle recruitment (job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records, contracts, and policy compliance.
Support manpower planning and talent acquisition.

2. Administration
Manage day-to-day operations, bills, invoices, and vendor coordination.
Handle staff accommodation contracts and renewals.
Oversee company insurance renewals and updates.

3. PRO (UAE Legal Compliance)
Process labor contracts, visas, Emirates IDs, and related documentation.
Liaise with government entities to ensure UAE labor law compliance.
Stay updated on labor, immigration, and Emiratization policies.

4. Facility Management
Ensure smooth, safe operation of company facilities.
Coordinate maintenance, supplies, and outsourced services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR, administration, or PRO roles in the UAE, preferably handling blue-collar workforce.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures, and Emiratization policies.
  • Skills:
  • End-to-end recruitment & onboarding of blue collar
  • HR records management & compliance
  • Government relations / visa & labor processing
  • Administrative & facility management
  • Employee engagement & grievance handling
  • Technical: Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
