Human Resources Project Coordinator

We are seeking a mid‑level Project Coordinator to support talent and HR operations within the Vendor Management organization. This role is focused on execution , not strategy or systems implementation.

This role owns operational execution of talent management activities—tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring established processes are followed consistently.

What You’ll Do

Own execution of the talent management playbook on the operations side

Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure work is completed accurately and on time

Coordinate with internal HR, talent, and vendor partners

Provide clear updates and follow‑through to leadership

Ensure consistency and compliance with established processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Project Coordinator or Operations Coordinator (HR or talent ops preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks

Working knowledge of general HR/talent terminology (no systems expertise required)

Not entry‑level, not senior—hands‑on execution‑focused role

Nice to Have

Exposure to HR vendor management, recruiting ops, or workforce operations

Experience supporting director‑level stakeholders
