Job Title: HR Recruiter – Canadian Shift

Location: Zirakpur

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while working in alignment with Canadian time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle full-cycle recruitment for Canadian clients.

* Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.

* Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidates.

* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers/clients in Canadian shift timings.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

* Maintain recruitment reports and daily trackers.

* Ensure excellent communication and candidate engagement.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (international recruitment preferred).

* Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).

* Comfortable working in night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).

* Knowledge of Canadian recruitment practices will be an advantage.
