Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems such as Workday, Paychex, or ADP.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws while handling employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with department heads on succession planning and training & development initiatives.
  • Utilize social media management tools for recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruiting strategies and practices.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and negotiation.

Skills

  • Proficient in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,248.44 - $62,922.85 per year
