Human Resources Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle of the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates as per company requirements. The HR Recruiter will also support employer branding and maintain recruitment records properly.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  • Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
  • Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, consultancies, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
  • Negotiate salary and finalize offers as per company policy.
  • Ensure smooth joining and onboarding process.

2. Manpower Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring reports.
  • Plan recruitment drives when required.
  • Manage bulk hiring if necessary.

3. Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain candidate database and interview records.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Collect and verify candidate documents.
  • Ensure joining formalities are completed properly.

4. Employer Branding

  • Promote company culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future requirements.

5. Other HR Support (If Required)

  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
  • Support HR activities such as attendance coordination, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
