Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle of the organization. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates as per company requirements. The HR Recruiter will also support employer branding and maintain recruitment records properly.
The candidate should have strong communication skills, good understanding of hiring processes, and the ability to close positions within deadlines.
