Job summary:

The recruiting coordinator is responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects of the hiring process,

including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. They serve as a primary

point of contact for candidates, manage recruitment-related databases, and help ensure the hiring process is

efficient and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.


Essential functions of the job:

Oversee the development and administration of the following:

  • Candidate sourcing and screening – Post job openings, review resumes and applications, and

conduct initial screenings/interviews, go to job fairs as required.

  • Process management – Schedule interviews for hiring managers, coordinate communication

between candidates and hiring managers, and manage the candidate pipeline in ADP.

  • Onboarding – Conduct background checks, create/distribute offer letters, and other required

onboarding documents.

  • Reporting and metrics – Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on

the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

  • Compliance and best practices – Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and

employment laws.


Skills and aptitude required:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Valid Georgia Driver’s License.


Education and experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in Administrative support, HR, and recruiting required.
