Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, onboarding employees, and supporting employee engagement and HR administration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate offer rollout and onboarding process

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle leave management and attendance monitoring
  • Support payroll coordination
  • Assist in performance discussions and probation confirmations
  • Plan employee engagement activities and monthly events
  • Address employee queries and grievances

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
