Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools across multiple channels including social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing candidates using HR sourcing tools like Salesforce, HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or UltiPro, to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough interviews utilizing behavioral and technical recruiting techniques to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize ATS platforms such as Taleo or iCIMS to track applicant progress, generate reports, and streamline internal recruiting workflows.
- Support onboarding activities including employee orientation, contract management, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law standards while managing contracts and employee relations issues effectively.
- Engage in talent management activities like succession planning and lead generation to build a robust pipeline of future leaders.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to influence hiring decisions positively.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS or Workday; familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos or UltiPro is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices across diverse jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding efforts.
