Human Resources Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring cycle. You will coordinate with departments to understand hiring needs, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post job ads and screen resumes
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Handle bulk hiring and meet hiring targets
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Must be able to work in night shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

• Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
