Duties
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes and performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on FMLA, workers' compensation, and other employee benefits administration.
- Facilitate change management initiatives to support organizational development.
- Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws, including OSHA regulations.
- Support strategic planning efforts related to workforce management and organization design.
- Utilize HRIS systems (such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM) for data entry and management of employee records.
- Conduct training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage affirmative action planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing conflicts and facilitating communication between staff and management.
- Utilize ATS tools (like Lever or iCIMS) for efficient recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles, employment & labor law, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and training & development methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (such as Paychex, Dayforce, or SAP SuccessFactors) for effective data collection and reporting.
- Experience in project management within an HR context is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
