Qualifications:

  • Having a Bachelor’s degree in related departments
  • Having at least 1 years of experience in related HR functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented with a proactive approach



Job Description:

  • Analyze Aygaz Training Need s by reviewing the results of performance reviews, determined personal development plans, and year-round surveys and applications (e.g., leadership development surveys, potential identification)
  • Based on this, plan annual training programs for the year with an optimum level of certainty and flexibility, ensuring training content is up-to-date and meets needs
  • Keep Aygaz Training activity information updated in SA P, report it, and review and improve the training management system throughout the year
  • Work in coordination with other group companies in the HR Training process
  • Ensure all process outputs are recorded in SAP and can be retrieved with necessary reports when needed
  • Closely follow new methods and developments in the HR field, and conduct benchmarking studies with national/international organizations when necessary
  • Implement and monitor the in-company application of the Koç Academy Development Planning Syste m
  • Managing the employee rewards process
  • Monitor and report the HRM Expense Budge t within the framework of the job description
  • Timely and clearly forward customer complaints received through any channel to the relevant units
  • Conduct the orientation program as planned and implement process improvements after necessary evaluations
