JOB TITLE: MSD Coordinator
FUNCTION: Marketing
SUB FUNCTION: Trade Development
COUNTRY: Turkiye
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the MSD training and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Develop and coordinate educational content and logistics for in-person and online training activities across field and HQ functions.
Oversee the management of POSITIVE training content (via MyPositiveZone) and ensure participation and tracking.
Monitor innovations and updates in the BSP (LMS) system and coordinate its application within the field force (BAT Social Platform).
Conduct regional field visits to identify local development needs and tailor training plans accordingly.
Share OJT and BSP dashboard reports with relevant field teams and stakeholders regularly.
Plan, produce, and distribute printed training materials for both field and head office employees.
Conduct needs assessments based on performance evaluations and feedback from managers and employees.
Design and deliver professional development sessions in collaboration with trade marketing and sales experts.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and provide career development support where needed.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and propose improvements.
To comply with Company EHS & Security policies – act as a role model as LT team
To comply with all compliance procedures of the Company
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good planning and organization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and proactively address risks and challenges
Previous experience in Learning & Development is preferred
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
Experience with digital learning tools and platforms
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
Minimum requirement : University Degree
