Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management

Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with company policies and WPS (Wage Protection System, if applicable).

Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.

Maintain payroll records and handle employee payroll queries.
Visa & Immigration

Manage the end-to-end visa process (application, renewal, cancellation) in coordination with government authorities or PROs.

Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and labor law requirements.
Insurance Administration

Coordinate employee health/medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims.

Maintain accurate insurance records and liaise with providers for service improvements.
Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding–Offboarding)

Manage new employee onboarding, including document collection, induction, and system setup.

Handle employee transfers, promotions, and status changes.
-
Coordinate offboarding processes: exit clearance, final settlement, visa cancellation.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.

2–4 years of HR operations experience
, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of
payroll processing, visa regulations, and insurance procedures
.

Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.
