Human Resources Specialist

My client is a leading marketing agency based in Dubai. They are looking for an outstanding HR Specialist to join their growing team.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, operational, and technical roles.

· Source and attract top talent through job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.

· Build a strong pipeline for seasonal and project-based hiring.


2. Employee Relations & Engagement

· Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

· Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.

· Organize engagement activities aligned with the agency’s creative culture.


3. Performance & Development

· Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.

· Coordinate training initiatives relevant to the events industry.

· Provide guidance on career growth opportunities.


4. HR Operations & Employee Files

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and personal files.

· Ensure proper documentation for new hires, renewals, and exits.

· Handle HRIS data entry and ensure compliance with labor law requirements.


5. Office Administration

· Oversee general office administration tasks (supplies, maintenance, office coordination).

· Support the coordination of travel bookings, event-related logistics, and office facilities.

· Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

· Ensure the office environment is efficient, organized, and employee-friendly.
