Responsibilities

• Monitoring attendance, leaves, and punctuality records.
• Coordinating with the Finance Department for salary disbursement.
• Analysing appraisal results and linking them to promotions, bonuses, or development plans.
• Experience in handling recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
• Issuing official letters (e.g., employment certificates, salary slips).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong knowledge with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices (Government Platforms).
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare regular HR reports and assist in audits or compliance checks as needed.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manage GOSI registrations, updates, and monthly submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
