Human Resources Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist all HR operations (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employer branding and employee engagement), working closely with leadership team.
• Monitor the HR team daily and establish a good working relationship with all members to improve efficiency.
• Create and enforce HR policies.
• Monitor personnel affairs processes, onboarding and orientation processes and staff training and development programs.
• Ensure all personnel records and HR network data are entered accurately to related areas.
• Plan, execute and monitor employee retention and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Good command of Turkish labor law and legal practices,
• At least 5 years of experience in different functions of Human Resources,
• Having an excellent skill of the English speaking and writing,
• Strong communication and representation ability,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Strategic thinking and change management skills,
• High planning and organization skills,
• High presentation and persuasion skills.
