🌟 We’re Hiring: HR Specialist at Ankabut (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

Ankabut – the UAE’s Advanced National Research and Education Network – is seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This role plays a key part in driving succession planning, learning and training initiatives, employee engagement, and event coordination while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, detail-driven, and motivated to enhance organizational effectiveness through impactful HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support succession planning and career development frameworks.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Organize and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with Ankabut policies and UAE Labour Law.
• Collaborate with internal departments and HR to promote a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Expats: Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• UAE Nationals: Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Proven experience in learning and development, training coordination, or employee engagement .
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
