• Experience: 5+ Years in HR, ideally within the Fashion/Apparel industry or a multi-brand retail environment.

• Location: New Delhi/Kirti Nagar

Your Mission (Key Focus Areas):

1. Recruitment & Talent: Lead the charge in hiring specialized fresh talent, from technical designers and artisans to high-volume operations staff.

2. Culture & Performance: Implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) and foster a cohesive, high-performance work culture across all three distinct brands.

3. Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure flawless compliance with all labor laws and manage the HRIS system to deliver efficient, centralized support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to manage competing HR demands (e.g., cost-efficiency for Volume vs. high-touch retention for Luxury).

• Expertise in Indian labor laws and compliance.

• A strategic mindset focused on using HR metrics ( Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, Turnover Rate ) to drive business results.
