Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Khobar. The specialist will support day-to-day human resources functions, including maintaining HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, managing personnel records, and assisting in HR management tasks. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, resolving workplace queries, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company standards. The position plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and their administration
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including employee relations and record maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations is highly advantageous
