Human Resources Specialist

· Direct and guide HR Assistant to perform recruiting, screening, and evaluating applicants for variety

of positions.

· Ensures that hiring processes comply with the Vaccine’s policies.

· Reviews employment applications and evaluates minimum qualifications; determines equivalent

qualifications if necessary.

· Initiates and/or processes employment requisitions; vacancy announcements, and position

advertisements

· Performs routine data input into a computerized human resources information system to establish

and update applicant records.

· Prepares and edits correspondence, employment contracts and job offers.

· Develops and maintains employment applications’ databases.

Performs checking applicants’ references and verification of certificates. · Coordinates with candidates and concerned departments to determine employment start dates. · Distribute Arrival Notices to relevant departments in a timely manner to allow them to make appropriate arrangements for their arrivals. · Adheres to current organizational Performance Improvement priorities. · Perform and initiate employee’s employment certificates and processing of all rewarded and disciplinary actions and the administration of all types of vacations ensuring that the proper procedures, documentation and filing is followed of such documents in employee files. · Consults with department/unit management regarding employee relations concerns and issues, such as management and employee rights and responsibilities and best practices designed to reduce conflict and litigation. · Prepares and edits correspondence, forms and employee contract renewal. · Provides assistance, advice and guidance to employees under the provisions of Vaccine’s policies. · Performs all monthly payroll related transactions including new hires, suspensions and terminations. · Makes recommendations and take actions to improve process, system or outcomes. · Assist in the other HR functions whenever required.
