Role Description

This is a full-time on-site( USA timing ) role for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist, located in Lahore. The HR Specialist will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle personnel management tasks. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Specialist will support employee engagement, address workplace concerns, and contribute to creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Experience in HR Management, including employee relations and leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation across organizational levels.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits programs and handling employee inquiries related to these programs.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution, performance tracking, and employee retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative, team-oriented environment in Lahore.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications (e.g., SHRM or CIPD) are a plus.
