HR Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HR Specialist for a growing organization in Nashville, TN ! The HR Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations and play a hands-on role in employee experience, talent acquisition, compliance, and HRIS management. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support recruiting activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer preparation
• Assist with benefit administration and open enrollment support
• Help ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local employment laws
• Assist with training coordination, policy updates, and HR projects
• Additional duties and projects when needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of HR experience required
• Completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required
• Working knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Self-starter who can adapt in a growing, evolving organization

Pay Range: $24-25/HR, depending on experience

Worksite location: In-Office

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
