Human Resources Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in the Riyadh Region. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing personnel records, supporting recruitment, onboarding new employees, addressing employee relations matters, and coordinating training programs. The role will support the organization in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment, retention, and compliance
  • Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and related processes
  • Skills in Personnel Management and workforce planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with regional labor laws and regulations within Saudi Arabia
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus
