Support the Director of Human Resources & Culture in optimizing the associate experience across all Greens properties.

Assist in the implementation and administration of HR programs, policies, and the Greens business plan.

Coordinate and track the Associate Satisfaction Index (ASI) measurement and improvement programs.

Assist in ensuring timely and accurate compliance with human resource regulatory requirements.

Support and coordinate activities across the Greens employment cycle.

Perform and track Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual human resources activities, reporting functions, and procedures.

Help maintain the Greens Employee Handbook and ensure it remains current, accurate, and compliant with local, state, and national rules, regulations, and labor laws.

Demonstrate integrity, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, and support a positive, professional work environment.

Support and participate in the annual business planning process as directed.

Coordinate the distribution and acknowledgment of the Greens Employee Handbook to all associates.

Maintain and update Greens Job Descriptions for all job titles and ensure they are readily accessible.

Coordinate and support the Greens employment cycle, including: Recruitment & job postings, Interview scheduling & coordination, Background and reference checks, Employment offer letters, New hire orientation, Onboarding & training coordination, Disciplinary documentation, Offboarding & termination processing, and Recordkeeping & regulatory compliance.

Assist in administering the Greens compensation plan, including salary ranges, benefits enrollment, vacation and leave tracking, and code of ethics acknowledgments.

Send a daily end-of-day activity summary to the Director of Human Resources & Culture.

Monitor and respond to emails from Greens General Managers as directed, routing communications to appropriate HR leadership.

Provide administrative support during monthly department leader and General Manager review meetings.

Track and coordinate timely performance reviews for all Greens associates.

Assist in compiling documentation and responses for EEOC and Workers' Compensation claims.

Maintain accurate, current digital employee files accessible at both the corporate office and property level.

Coordinate and support orientation, training, and coaching program logistics.
-
Assist in administering the Associate Satisfaction measurement and improvement program, including survey distribution, anonymous completion tracking, tabulation of results, reporting and comparisons across the Greens portfolio, and supporting improvement programs.

Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll and related activities.

Supporting efforts to minimize Greens employee turnover rates.

Assisting in minimizing Workers' Compensation incidents and claim rates.

Timely coordination and administration of ASI surveys.

Accurate maintenance of employee files and HR records.

Effective support of the associate career plan and onboarding programs.
