Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Esbon, KS. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance, and supporting personnel management. The role also involves maintaining strong employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization’s HR practices align with its goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources and HR Management principles
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and compliance
• Strong skills in Personnel Management and fostering employee engagement
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
