Human Resources Specialist

Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Location: Egypt

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Working Days: 5 Days / Week (2 Days Off)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling employee relations, managing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws. This role requires someone who can effectively support employees, resolve workplace issues, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations, address concerns, and resolve workplace issues professionally
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, contracts, warnings, termination letters, etc.)
  • Conduct employee onboarding sessions and exit interviews
  • Monitor employee engagement and support a positive work environment
  • Coordinate with management on HR strategies and operational improvements
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities and administrative processes


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Good understanding of payroll basics and HR systems
