Aljeel is Looking for Human Resources Specialist (Tamheer)

Objectives:

To follow up, Assist and Maintain daily operation of employee relations including Recruitment, payroll, time Attendance, GOSI, vacation, business trips, over time, end of service, medical insurance in order to ensure accurate, quality and timely employee services within the set Company's policies and the Labor Law.

Key Accountabilities
  • Follow up daily duties including Medical Insurance, GOSI, Time Attendance, Business Trip and all HR operations tasks.
  • Handle Recruitment cycle.
  • Assist to apply leaves, advanced payments according to policies and regulation.
  • Arrange with GRD regarding government transactions (such as: exit and return, to renew residency permits) on time.
  • Issue needed letters for employees such as salary certificates, employment certificate, promotion, salary increment, termination etc.
  • Work on government portals (Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI etc)
  • Attend investigations with employees as needed.
Education

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human recourses, English or any related field

  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain the confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a team.
