Human Resources Supervisor

Job Summary


As an HR Supervisor in our Riyadh office, you will oversee the HR function, ensuring robust operations and strict adherence to Saudi labor laws. Your role will support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, government compliance, and performance management, while fostering a positive work environment.


Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do


1. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage daily HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee relations, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Handle government-related processes including IQAMA, visa renewals, and Saudization compliance through platforms such as GOSI, QIWA, Muqeem, Absher, and HRDF.
  • Process end-of-service benefits, resignations, promotions, and terminations in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

2. Compensation, Wages & Payroll

  • Ensure punctual and accurate salary payments via the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Clearly define allowances in contracts and provide monthly pay slips with a detailed breakdown.
  • Retain payroll records for at least five years and calculate overtime at the legal 150% rate where applicable.

3. Performance & Termination Management

  • Manage employee performance evaluations and handle dismissals with proper documentation and legal compliance.
  • Administer probation periods (up to 180 days), resignations, and terminations according to Saudi labor law.

4. Employee Relations & Documentation

  • Address grievances and disputes, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolutions.
  • Maintain HRIS records and manage documentation for contracts, promotion letters, and disciplinary actions.

5. Policy, Training & Saudization

  • Develop and update HR policies covering onboarding, leave management, code of conduct, and Saudization requirements.
  • Drive Saudization strategy and support employee training and development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops, orientation, and coaching to enhance employee performance.

6. Reporting & Audits

  • Prepare HR reports on turnover, absenteeism, and performance.
  • Provide accurate information during internal and external audits.



Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below


  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of HR experience, including supervisory duties.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance platforms (MOL, GOSI, QIWA, HRDF, Saudization rules).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and confidentiality skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
