Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the HR function, managing a team of HR professionals, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the HR team by providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and business strategy.
  • Conduct employee grievance investigations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, including interviews and candidate selection.
  • Ensure employee compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance HR and organizational performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to the HR Manager outlining progress, achievements, and pending tasks.
  • Review and provide feedback on the organizational structure.
  • Design and update HR-related forms and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles.
  • Supervise recruitment plans and ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Monitor the implementation of HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process (annual and quarterly).
  • Identify training and development needs and execute training plans.
  • Supervise monthly payroll preparation and review for accuracy.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide HR advice and support to management on various policies and employee matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare periodic HR performance reports and analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate seasonal employee engagement events and internal communications.
  • Draft and distribute HR announcements and circulars.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
    • Critical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.
    • Proven experience in team leadership and supervision .
    • Hands-on experience using ERP/HRMS systems .
