Role Description
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced
HR Supervisor
to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the HR function, managing a team of HR professionals, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the HR team by providing direction, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and service excellence.

Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and business strategy.

Conduct employee grievance investigations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.

Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.

Participate in recruitment processes, including interviews and candidate selection.

Ensure employee compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance HR and organizational performance.

Prepare regular reports to the HR Manager outlining progress, achievements, and pending tasks.

Review and provide feedback on the organizational structure.

Design and update HR-related forms and documentation.

Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles.

Supervise recruitment plans and ensure the selection of qualified candidates.

Monitor the implementation of HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
-
Oversee the performance appraisal process (annual and quarterly).

Identify training and development needs and execute training plans.
-
Supervise monthly payroll preparation and review for accuracy.

Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between management and employees to address issues and resolve conflicts.

Provide HR advice and support to management on various policies and employee matters.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations.

Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Prepare periodic HR performance reports and analyze HR data to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead and coordinate seasonal employee engagement events and internal communications.

Draft and distribute HR announcements and circulars.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Critical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.

Proven experience in
team leadership and supervision

Hands-on experience using
ERP/HRMS systems
