Job Summary
As a Human Resources Training and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that engage new hires from day one.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
  • Utilize various platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Manage employee orientation sessions, ensuring all new team members feel welcomed and informed about company policies and culture.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates through effective communication and relationship management strategies.
  • Leverage social media management tools to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills that foster collaboration across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, with emphasis on onboarding, training, or curriculum development

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
