MUST HAVE NURSING HOME AND REHAB EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE (LTC)


General HR duties:

  • Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA
  • Employee relations
  • On-boarding
  • Compliance

Human Resources Director General Payroll duties:

  • Time and Attendance entry
  • Payroll Register Audit and Review
  • Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Human Resources Director Recruiting Duties:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruitment
  • Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department
  • Manage the job postings process
  • Review resumes and pre-screen candidates
  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducts phone interviews, office interviews
  • Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience Required
  • 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required
  • 2 years payroll processing experience required
  • Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulations
  • Staffing Coordination experience preferred
  • MUST HAVE NURSING AND REHAB EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE (LTC)

Salary Range 65K-70K based on experence
