Location: New Jersey / New York

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Full-time & On-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and review resumes to assess candidate qualifications;
  • Contact candidates via phone, text, or email to arrange interviews;
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database;
  • Support interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer follow-up;
  • Assist with weekly recruitment reports and job postings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin (Required);
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and email communication;
  • Able to read and understand English resumes;
  • Prior HR or recruiting experience preferred;
  • Open to recent graduates passionate about human resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
