Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, sourcing, and managing talent across various levels within the organization. You will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as social media management, cold calling, and campus recruitment to attract top talent.
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR team members on employee orientation, training & development programs, and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law throughout the recruitment process.
- Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for succession planning and talent management within the organization.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting with an understanding of various roles within the organization.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP for managing employee data.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of contracts related to employment agreements and labor relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
