HVAC and Building Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician & Plumber to maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and maintain and repair plumbing facilities of the Premise. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities -HVAC Technician and Plumber

• Maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters, etc.)
• Detect leaks and repair pipework
• Read blueprints and building specifications
• Respond to emergency plumbing call

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
