Air Pros USA is seeking a reliable and customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Coral Springs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively coordinate service operations to keep technicians running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and urgency
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and job details in the system
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
• Support overall office operations and team coordination

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or call center environment preferred (HVAC or home services a plus)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
