HVAC Engineer

• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
• Ensure compliance with DM, DEWA, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards.
• Coordinate HVAC works with other MEP and structural services.
• Extract BOQs and material quantities from drawings.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or related field.
• 2–5 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC drafting, heat load calculations, duct ordering, material takeoff, Material requestion .
• Strong AutoCAD/Duct sizer/ HAP skills.
• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and local authority approval processes.
• Salary shall be adjusted according to experience
• UAE Driving License
