HVAC Estimator

Reliable Contractors Group, Inc. is an established HVAC company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects
• Develop and maintain estimate sheets and project documentation
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and field technicians
• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required materials
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Estimator (senior-level experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installation methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
