HVAC Foreman

Job Summary

• Full awareness of all HVAC Systems, pumps and all mechanical systems
• Full knowledge of pipe works and ductwork
• Good knowledge of controls, electrical connections, cable termination
• Knowledge of reporting: daily, weekly & all periodic reports
• Can read / review and convey the drawings requirements to his team members and sketches and can make sketches and can take off quantities from drawings
• Aware of store and material transfer of materials
• Coordinate with other discipline and find economic solutions for installations
• Aware of types of maintenance for the Mechanical Equipment
• Can supervise teams
• Preferably driving license holder
• Reports to HVAC Engineer

Qualification:

• High School/ Vocational Institute or Diploma holder( Mechanical)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at least in the UAE Market and/or GCC
• Languages: English, Urdu/Hindi
