Job Responsibilities:

- Installation of residential HVAC equipment in retrofit applications.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain strong organization skills and complete all necessary paperwork efficiently.
-Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners.
-Work independently and as part of a team to complete high-quality installations efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of residential retrofit lead installer experience.
- Extensive knowledge of local building codes and ability to ensure compliance.
- Strong organization skills and ability to complete paperwork efficiently.
- Desire for career growth—this is an opportunity, not just a job.
- EPA Certification required.
-Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams to perform basic troubleshooting if needed after install.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide top-tier customer service.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
