About the job:

We're looking for a full-time " HVAC - AC Operations Manager " to ensure the effective planning, execution, and management of HVAC operations while optimizing performance, maintaining compliance, and meeting the highest quality standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Act as the main contact point for HVAC aftersales service operations
  
  

•  Manage and supervise aftersales teams to deliver outstanding customer service
  
  

•  Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Distribution, Outsourcing)
  
  

•  Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service cases effectively
  
  

Identify and solve operational pain points to improve efficiency.

•  Monitor and evaluate performance of outsourcing partners
  
  

•  Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and service quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a MUST
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Proven track record in operational management with experience in project management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills & Management abilities
• Knowledge of distribution networks and service outsourcing
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams
