HVAC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Operator to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certification in HVAC is preferred).

Experiece: Minimum 2/3 years in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems in [residential/commercial/industrial] settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including air handlers, chillers and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues; coordinate repairs and replacement of faulty components as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC operation and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
