A global manufacturer of advanced infrastructure technologies is expanding its footprint in the data center space across the Middle East & Africa. We are looking for a Sales Manager (Data Center) to lead growth efforts focused on liquid cooling solutions and critical infrastructure components.


Products: Flow Control, HVAC, Valves , Sensors

Coverage: Middle East and Africa (MEA)

Base Location: Riyadh, KSA

Management: Individual Contributor


Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEMs.
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Present and integrate technical solutions into customer infrastructure designs.
  • Build and manage a network of distributors and channel partners.
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and secure profitable agreements.
  • Represent the company at major industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide market insights to internal teams on trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the region.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in the data center industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of cooling systems (CRAC/CRAH, liquid cooling).
  • Proven success in managing long sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, or OEMs in the MEA region.
  • Familiarity with channel management and distributor networks.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50%) across the region.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
