Looking for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage HVAC project sales, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new HVAC project sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
- Work with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotes, and technical submissions.
- Track and follow up on projects, tenders, and RFQs.
- Stay updated on construction projects and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal).
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- 8–12 years of HVAC sales experience (Qatar/GCC preferred).
- Good knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and technical drawings.
- Network of consultants and contractors in Qatar is a plus.
- Understanding of local MEP regulations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid Qatari driving license and transferable RP preferred.
