HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation.
• Install new HVAC equipment as required.
• Utilize all specialty tools required for HVAC diagnostics.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site at various properties.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Certification in HVAC or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
