Position Summary: As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems run efficiently and customers feel confident in the service they receive.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (strong mechanical background considered)
• HVAC education or technical training (preferred)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
• Strong understanding of air balancing and sheet metal practices
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Positive, self-motivated, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• NATE Certification (a plus, not required)
