$80,000 - $150,000+ per year Hourly + Commission + Spiffs - Uncapped performance pay

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Solve comfort and airflow issues the right way
• Educate homeowners on repair vs replacement options
• Deliver professional, respectful customer service
• Participate in a light, on-call rotation during peak season
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong troubleshooting skills (heat pumps, refrigerant, airflow)
• Clean driving record
• Professional, customer-friendly attitude and clean-cut
• Pride in quality workmanship
